Roll Up Pancakes

Roll Up Pancakes
4 eggs
1 1/4 c. milk
3/4 c. flour

Blend in blender. Pour on buttered hot pan. Flip over when golden brown and cook other side.
Put rasberry jam, fruit, syrup etc. and roll up. Enjoy! (This is a cross between pancakes and crepes. I double the recipe for my family.)

P.S. This is short and sweet because my computer is on the frizz and won't be back for a while.

sorry to hear the computer is on the fritz....THAT is hard to deal with. Hope you get it up and running soon, you will not be excused from blogging for long.
thanks for the recipe, I'll have to try it.

Mmmm....thanks! We love crepes but they are so much work! Chad usually makes them for me on my b-day! So we'll give these a try! Thanks again! I sympathize with you on your computer troubles...we're still trying to recover from the crash 2 weeks ago!
